The BM is a flange-encased rod located 57.7 ft NNW of the N face of the USACE monument at the S entrance to the USACE property, 24.0 ft W of the C/L of the W RR track outside the E side of the property, 10.8 ft E of the chain link fence at the E side of the property, and 6.6 ft S of power pole (TE887) with W/P, and the datum point is about level with the ground, being the top of a stainless steel rod driven 71.9 ft to refusal, in a 1.0 m sleeve, encased in a 5-inch PVC pipe with NGS logo cap. |
